Children's Author, Mario Picayo, to Speak at V.I. Council on the Arts Gallery

As part of Campanita author Mario Picayo's
visit to the Virgin Islands, the Department of
Cultural Education has donated one copy of
A Caribbean Journey from A to Y
(Read and Discover What Happened to the Z)
to each elementary school library in the Territory.
